Completing a Task Analysis

Depending on where your from, it may be called a JSA, JHA, PTP or a multitude of other things. Put simply, it is a beakdown of a specific task in sections to identify hazards and corrective actions.

There are several charts (3 column, 4 column) that you can use depending on how much info you want to include. Sometimes a GC will ask for an overall analysis based on your scope of work. I found a site that will give you alot of that info, and you can even zero in on your specific industry (construction) or a specific task. It really is incredible, I love it.
